Our friendly 4 person staff is there to help you make your stay the most pleasant, secure and unforgetablle and assist you daily (day and night) within the Villa.

A 35kwh per night electricity consumption is included in the daily rate, additional kilowatts will be charged at U$1.00.

Amazing House

The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Communication was seamless. Mario was extremely responsive ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The house is perfect family-friendly place surrounded with vegetation and a lot of outdoor space. The house is in a gated area with 3 security checkpoints. My family loved the house and we are planning to come back. Thanks Mario.

Amazing

My family and I spent a couple of days in this location. The house is big and modern with great amenities. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. Mr. Mario was an excellent host. Always attentive to our needs and gave excellent recommendations on cigar lounges. We will come back.

Beautiful home

Went to Nicaragua with the family to celebrate my wife’s birthday (9 adults, 5 kids). Upon arrival, we were greeted by Santos, the housekeeper, who was very pleasant and hospitable. She cooked us Nicaraguan breakfast every morning which was delicious. The house was beautiful and very clean. All the families enjoyed a room which had its air conditioner. We enjoyed the pool and the patio area. Mario, the owner, kept in communication with me at all times and checked in on us everyday. Home was very centralized and very close to restaurants and a mall.

Oasis in Managua

Stayed here with my family for a week and a half. It couldn't have been a better experience. The staff and security are top notch. The house is even more beautiful than expected as the photos don't do it justice. The property is located in a quiet, private, and tranquil area but still close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for a stay in Managua.

Fabulous house in Managua

We rented this house for a short weekend stay in Managua. What a great place, very clean and nice, also very spacious. The pool and grounds were immaculate. We had the breakfast option and the food was amazing. They also cooked dinner for us which was fantastic. Mario worked with us and was attentive to every detail. Very secure with a security guard on-site at all times. Very safe. Will stay again.

La casa de Mario es bellísima las fotos no le hacen justicia, es una mansión. Mario fue muy atento y amable, sus trabajadores son maravillosos y atentos. Definitivamente recomiendo 100% esta maravilla de casa y por supuesto me volvería a quedar allí en mi próximo viaje si Dios lo permite.

Outstanding Home In The Best Neighborhood Iin Managua

Beautiful mansion in Estancia Santa Domingo, with expansive outdoor area and outstanding pool. Everything about the rental from start to finish was perfectly executed. The home in person is even better than the photos. I will stay here every time I visit Managua.
