Welcome to Beachwalk Apartments on Tybee Island - sit back and savor the sunny- side of life at Beachwalk 4. This one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is ideally located, just steps from Tybee's main beach.

Apartment #4 is located on the second floor of this historic Tybee building, originally built in 1930. The apartments have been expertly refurbished while preserving the original hardwood floors and beadboard walls. The eclectic Tybee style includes bright pops of color on the sunny porches and a fun, casual beachy feel inside.

The apartment's living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a quick bite (there is no dishwasher), and there is a table for 4. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a TV, the attached bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Located in the South End of Tybee Island, just 5 houses back from the beach and within two blocks of many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Beachwalk #4 includes 1 parking spade. Many guests find they never need to move their car until the end of their vacation!

Beachwalk Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbors and keep to the seating provided by each apartment. An enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the property, which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located in the rear of the building is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer for guests to use during their visit. Pets are ok with approval and an additional fee.

All apartments offer Cable TV and High-speed Wireless Internet/WIFI.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
