- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

Evergreen is a lovely mountain getaway located on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies in Townsend, TN. This cabin is close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Cades Cove, and Pigeon Forge. Local attractions include a variety of outlet malls, OBER Gatilburg ski resort, Dollywood theme park and water park, and a variety of natural beauty including streams, rivers, waterfalls and caves.
