The space (200 m2) and the quality of the materials and furniture makes this apartment unique.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-level chalet. Access by a stone staircase. A wooden staircase leads to the garden from the terrace.

No problem to have all the info on the village and the help you can find there.
Multiservices is at your disposal to give you the keys, do the cleaning, rent linens, etc.

Other remarks

The Serre Chevalier valley stretches from the town of Briançon, fortified by Vauban (a must see), to the village of Monetier les Bains.
In summer, Serre Chevalier is a sublime place to spend your holidays. The light and air are very pure, the mountain views are superb, you can enjoy multiple activities: go up to the passes by bike or go mountain biking, canyoning, rafting, kayaking, hiking, racing mountains, tree climbing, go swimming in lakes and pools, play tennis, climb the rocks with or without a guide. Immerse yourself in the warm waters of the Monêtier les Bains thermal baths.

In winter, take advantage of 250 km of linked pistes, much appreciated by good skiers and beginners.
A local microclimate will give you fishing when you arrive.
