Emplacement idéal mais...

En plein centre-ville, du coup avec certaines nuisances sonores. Appartement très vieillot. Propreté à revoir. Agent immobilier Foncia aux abonnés absents (agence fermée !!) ne répondant ni au n°d'urgence ni aux sms.

Résidence de la plage

Vue imprenable,très grande terrasse vue mer.Manque clim et lave-linge.Logement très vieillot,salle-de-bain à rénover... Très bruyant la nuit et très tôt le matin ( poubelles, camions dès 5h30.) Peu de possibilité de rangements.
