About this property

App T2 - 55m2 15 minutes from 7 Laux / Prapoutel

New apartment type T2 fully equipped and located on the ground floor of our house, with individual access.

We are in the town of Theys just 15 minutes by car from the Prapoutel / les 7 laux ski resort.

You can also get there via the skibus shuttle available from 22/12 to 03/04 (€ 2 return), the stop is only 3 minutes walk from the house !!!
Possibility of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Prapoutel or Col du Barioz (also 10 mins.)
Equipment:
- 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140X190) + 1 BZ (1place)
- possibility baby equipment on request (cot, high chair ..)
- Living room with double sofa bed
- Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, coffee maker, kettle, etc.)
- separate shower and toilet

Everything is done on foot in the village (bakery, restaurant, bar, delicatessen, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, post office etc.)

Rental from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays. (with possibility of hiring only the weekend subject to availability)

Rental rates:
- from 390 to 425 € per week
- Linen package on request (sheets and tea towels ..) / € 20
- Cleaning package at 25 € on request
- Security deposit of 450 €
- Deposit of 30% upon booking and the rest on the day of your arrival.

Super séjour à la montagne

D'abord un accueil très amical . Un gîte très propre très bien refait au sous sol d'une maison avec une terrasse. Vue exceptionnelle à l'ouest sur le massif de la Chartreuse. TV un peu capricieuse car captée via une application internet, mais on ne vient pas en montagne pour passer sa vie devant la télé ! Situation très bonne, pas loin de la vallée, ni de la montagne.
