Discover the charm and serenity in our 50 m² apartment. A true cocoon located on the third floor of a magnificent typical Bordeaux building. Designed in a colonial style, this space offers exceptional comfort in one of the most attractive districts of Bordeaux.

The apartment, perfectly suited to modern urban life, is characterized by its calm yet vibrant atmosphere. The spacious and elegantly decorated bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The welcoming and warm living room is ideal for relaxing after a day or a stroll in the city.

Our fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, fridge, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine, will allow you to prepare and enjoy your meals in a friendly setting. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities for daily comfort.

Our concierge service offers handover of keys in person, as well as an optional breakfast option. The apartment also has a television and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

Located near Rue Sainte-Catherine and Promenade Sainte-Catherine, the apartment enjoys a privileged location. DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. From Saint Jean Railway Station:
Take the bus 1 from Gare Saint Jean Station to Palais de Justice station then walk 9 minutes.

To park your car, parking in the street is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The public parking « Camille Jullian » is located 150 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is €15 for half a day.

Apartamento bien ubicado. Algunas cosas a mejorar

La ubicacion es perfecta, en pleno centro. Pero es una tercera planta sin ascensor. Algo incómodo si tienes que subir mucho equipaje. Puedes visitar los sitios de interés caminando, lo cual es muy cómodo. El equipamiento esta bien, aunque el lavavajillas no funcionaba, y el microondas tampoco. A nuestra llegada el sitio no estaba limpio, con muebles algo sucios, restos de comida de los huéspedes anteriores en los armarios, y el congelador de la nevera lleno de hielo y con comida de los anteriores inquilinos. Cuando lo comunicamos a la persona de contacto que nos enseñó el apartamento, no nos dio solución. Las camas no son muy cómodas. El apartamento es espacioso, con luz, y con los utensilios necesarios para pasar unos días

Amazing location, good apartment

10/10 location, most things within 1km and also near tram lines and bus stops. Supermarket 2 minute walk away. This is absolutely the draw of the apartment. The facilities in the apartment are good. The double bed is perfect and the couch bed is as comfortable as a couch bed can be. I stayed there in March and the apartment was nice and warm the entire stay. Honestly, the interiors of the apartment are nicer than in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped, including plates, bowls, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The only big thing that was bad was the shower, so beware if staying for an extended period rather than just a weekend break. As other reviews have described, the stairs up to the apartment are a bit precarious, although there is a light at the bottom of the stairs. Not suitable for anyone in a wheelchair or with any walking/balance issues. All together, this is an excellent apartment for 3-4 people in the centre of Bordeaux with just a few small imperfections.
