About this property

Easy walking distance to the beach. This recently renovated townhome has an enclosed balcony and a screened patio overlooking the sparkling swimming pool and courtyard area.

We understand when vacationing you are looking to make memories. We worked hard to make this a very special place. Very clean, updated, and well maintained. Our reviews speak for themselves.

There are two assigned parking spaces conveniently located at your front door.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room (with a Queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress), a half bathroom, and a screened in patio leading out to the private bbq patio and community swimming pool.

A gorgeous wooden staircase leads up to the second floor. The Master Bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with fan, King bed with upgraded mattress, a beautiful ensuite, large closet, and an enclosed balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two Queen beds with upgraded mattresses and an ensuite full bathroom.

There are flat screen TVs in the living room and Master bedroom. WIFI is included. Quiet, new heating and air conditioning unit with a built-in air purification system.

A short 6-7 minute leisurely walk to the beach and Pompano Joe's restaurant.

For shopping, you are less than 3 miles from the beautiful Destin Commons shopping center, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Dollar General. Be sure to check out the wide variety of prepared foods at Winn-Dixie located across from the Outlets - not your average grocery store!

You are only minutes away from cinemas, Big Kahuna water park, Destin Raceway, and The Track Family Recreation Center with bumper boats, miniature golf and bungee jumping.

Wonderful!!!

My family of 4( 2 adults, 2 childs) we’re staying June, 10-June, 17 at this wonderful condo! Super clean, condo has everything EVERYTHING you need! A lot of very good beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a lot A LOT of toys. Different kind of dishes and kitchen appliances. Beach towels. Everything there is in very good shape, used, but like new. We were driving, because we carry a lot of with is, but next time we will fly, because this condo has everything, you don’t need to be worry. Bath showers have extended shower, which is Big plus! We stayed 5 times at Miramar Beach, spending thousands of dollars for private houses, but now we definitely know ONLY this condo we will go next time and next time and next time. We are soo excited. Thank you, Robin for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Week

What a wonderful week we had in this unit! We loved working with the owners as they were so kind, helpful and communicative. We were so impressed with the townhouse. It was clean, updated, close to the beach, just a few steps from the pool and had absolutely everything we could have needed for a week at the beach/pool. The kitchen was so well equipped as was the beach/pool supply closet. We traveled with 2 young kids and were so pleased with the things provided for them as well (step stools in the bathrooms, a pack'n'play and lots of fun sand toys). We will definitely plan to be back!

Clean and convenient.

Home was clean, location convenient - just a short walk to the beach and drive to grocery stores. Pool access was just as described. Owner was extremely responsive. My only comment is the height of the beds and kitchen cabinets was an issue. Beds were very comfortable, but difficult to get up on, because they were so high. (My elderly mother had to use a stool and it was very risky for her to get up and down). I had to stand on a chair to reach items in the cabinets. My 6ft companion had some difficulty, too. Others should know that the beds and cabinets can be a challenge. Overall, I would stay again! Home was clean, beds (once we climbed up on them) were super comfy, location is perfect and Robin was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend to others. :-)

We purchased this townhouse in beautiful Miramar Beach because it is conveniently located to everything the Emerald Coast offers. We wanted a property within walking distance to the beach. Located just three short blocks from the beach, guest will never have the hassle of finding a parking space.

What makes this property unique

Two dedicated parking spaces are right outside the front door of the townhouse. A short seven minute walk to the beach. Step outside your patio to the community pool. Toes-N-Sand is conveniently located and upgraded throughout,including spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, beautiful furniture and decor, stainless steel appliances, and even a built in air purification system, to eliminate odors, germs, and mold.
We believe people appreciated when you go the extra mile. We hope you enjoy your stay and will want to revisit again.
