Located in a residential area, the villa offers a garden of 1300m2 with a swimming pool of 5 x 10 protected by alarm. Large wooden terrace with pergola and stone swimming pool.
Large living room with TV lounge area, dining room, open kitchen with central island. Large windows bringing a lot of light. Part rooms: - bedroom (1): double bed 140 with its bathroom (large shower). - bedroom (2): double bed 140 with its bathroom (bath). - bedroom (3): double bed 140 in mezzanine and single bed. Bathroom (bath). Separate WC. Upstairs: - bedroom (4): double bed 140 with its bathroom (shower and toilet). Linen provided.
Given the high demand, stays of 2 weeks will be privileged during the months of July and August
