About this property

We have an apartment place Louis XIV in the pedestrian area of St Jean de Luz, 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the fishing port, shops and restaurants. Ideal location to put your car and take it back at the end of the holiday because we put at your disposal a place in a covered and secure parking included in the price of your rental. We also have a wifi connection also included in the price of your rental.

The 4 star Amaia apartment of approximately 65 m2 includes:
-1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 can be attached and wardrobe closet

-1 large living room with 2 windows overlooking the Place Louis XIV (1 sofa 3 places and a leather chair, a flat screen TV, a dresser 4 drawers, a piano and a wardrobe bed with a bed of 140 for 2 people nine and very good quality.
- We do not provide sheets or towels but we can rent them.
-1 bathroom (washbasin shower and toilet)

-1 large modern kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, round table and 4 chairs bistrot and all utensils (plates, glasses, pans etc .....)

Good sized property right in the heart of this small Basque town, close to amenities, restaurants and beaches. Well appointed, spacious kitchen in apartment overlooking town square. Train station 5 minutes walk. Stunning sunsets over sandy beaches.

Wunderschöne Lage inmitten der Altstadt. Wir haben jeden Tag den Blick auf den Platz genossen, man nimmt am Leben auf dem Platz teil aber kann sich auch in Ruhe zurückziehen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet, hat viel Flair. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Très bel appartement, magnifiquement placé

Accueil parfait, complet et chaleureux de la propriétaire pour cet appartement spacieux, très bien placé au centre de St Jean de Luz. Silencieux, très bien équipé, fourni avec un parking couvert à 80 m, ce qui est presque indispensable maintenant à St Jean de Luz. Je reviendrai.
