Nice location, but tiny kitchen

The location and outside area of this gite is nice. It is in easy cycling distance of the beach on quiet roads and off road tracks and walking distance from an excellent bakery. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size, but the kitchen is tiny, only room for one person at a time and there isn't any space to store food as cupboards are filled with owners belongings. There are also a few extra costs to be aware of. There is a compulsory insurance charge of 28 Euros. The cost of bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning is not included and is more expensive than other properties we have stayed in.
