It houses a large Samsung stainless steel French 4 door wifi refrigerator with LCD display. It comes equipped with the top of the line Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart food processor, blender and toaster oven, microwave and range, dishwasher. The acacia dining room table seats 6 in modern cream leather chairs. The laundry room houses top of the line Samsung front load washer and steam dryer with steel wire commercial racks for generous storage.

It has a white California King bed with 1800 thread count sheets, under a white airy comforter below a very large arched palladian window with plantation shutters. Matching bench at the foot of the bed stores additional linens and there is a dresser, chest of drawers and a huge antique wardrobe along with the closet there is enough space to store all your clothing. Nestle in the large comfy love seat with round cocktail table to watch the 50 inch TV. The office has a computer table and fully adjustable mesh chair. The ensuite bath has a jetted tub, art deco etched glass and marble walls. The house comes with everything necessary for your stay including weekly housekeeping service. The temperature is adjusted by a Nest smart thermostat controlling the forced air heat and air conditioning. The house is bathed in Gigabit wifi and includes all utilities.
