This charming cottage is located in the lakeside community of Edinboro. Recently remodeled for a perfect getaway! This home features 3 private bedrooms, a den that has a pull out sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room. The living room also has a large sectional and a love seat that frame the gas stone fireplace and allow views of the lake. The large kitchen provides for an island that seats 4 and an abundance of cabinet space and stainless steel appliances. It opens to the inviting sunroom which holds an over-table and a booth to gather for meals or game night. It also overlooks the inviting 4 ft. activity (heated) in-ground pool! Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom and den area. Edinboro Lake offers a beach and playground area for the kids. Wintertime offers skiing in the area, wineries and breweries. NOTE: POOL IS OPEN MID-MAY UNTIL MID-SEPT ONLY!

Wonderful Spring Vacation

I like to stay at our own house when we are in town visiting family, and this house was perfect. It was updated and very comfortable. My local family was just as pleased with how nice the house was as we were. It was a very nice stay and perfect location for us.

Wedding Weekend

A wonderful experience at Joyce’s lovely cottage by the lake! Just as advertised and roomier than it looked. Perfect for our children and grandchildren as we celebrated our son’s wedding. Joyce is wonderful to work with and the cottage checked all the boxes for us. Awesome! Would definitely recommend!

Great End of Summer Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The house is spacious and updated. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather to swim in the pool and walk down to the lake.

Edinboro Lake

The house was amazing! Even better than the pictures. It was a short walk to the lake. Having a private pool was perfect for our family. The owners were so nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again!
