About this property

Casa Buenas Vibras is a beautiful, modern beach house located in a private gated community on a dead end street.

Located only a couple minutes walk to the beach via our private beach path that leads to crystal clear tide pools and world class surfing. All while being only 2 minutes to yoga, restaurants and Main Street.

Need to get some work done?
The house has high-speed internet throughout, with a dedicated home office that doubles as a 4th bedroom.

Weekly housekeeping is included.

The space:
The home has very comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture, flat screen TVs, top of the line appliances and AC in every room.

The feel of the home is open and full of light with a relaxing vibe. The open concept floor plan with large sliding doors opening to the front and rear allow for nice breezes and a true indoor outdoor feel where you will see howler monkeys moving through the trees and birds of all types.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms are spacious and full of light and are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks, rain shower and a separate outdoor shower.

The master suite is spacious, has a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom complete with shower, double sinks and spa tub.

The 4th bedroom on the second floor has a pull out queen size sofa bed and a full en suite bathroom. There are amazing Mountain Views. This room can also be utilized as a home office.

Other things to note:
Nosara is experiencing rapid growth all over town, so most places you book will be close to construction and there is the possibility for noise during the hours of 6:30am to 5:30pm. Our neighborhood, the Guiones Beach Club does have construction sites, so the chance for nearby noise is a strong possibility, except during Christmas and Easter. Because of this we have DEEPLY DISCOUNTED our regular pricing. What really separates our location is the fact that we are located in the only private, gated community in Nosara and have 24/7 security as well as a private beach entrance. Great nosara spot

Great spot in Nosara. Easy walk to the beach and very secure neighborhood. Waldir the property manager was extremely helpful too.

Stunning Beachouse with Family Friendly Surfer Vibes and Tropical Modern Architecture

Casa Buenas Vibras was a dream like experience. From the Moment you pull up you realize just how beautiful every aspect of this home is. The pictures simply do not do it justice! It's exceptionally close to the beach.. less than a five minute walk on your own private path. This path leads to the quieter South end that has some of the most beautiful tide pools, which are great for the kids. The home is in a gated neighborhood.. so very quiet and secure. The house has high-end furnishings, brand new appliances, a big yard for the kids to play, and a beautiful infinity pool. We also really enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop terrace and enjoying the sounds of the ocean and the vast views. I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back!

Perfect family retreat!

Staying at Casa Buenas Vibras was amazing. Our family really enjoyed the location being just a couple of minute walk to the beach and having our own private beach path. Being in a gated, residential neighborhood also felt very secure and quiet we were just 2 minutes to downtown. The home itself was super nice. High end with a chic beach feel. The furnishings were very nice and the home was decorated beautifully. The infinity pool overlooking the mountains was also amazing. This home has an amazing view! Also, the big fenced in yard was a huge hit with the kids. Overall, I highly recommend!
