Very nice house facing south / south west, fully renovated with taste and current materials, fully air conditioned, quiet absolute secluded without being isolated.

Very clear view on the vegetation and the sea. Located 900 meters from the village center and 1.2 km from the beach Gigaro / Héraclée ...

Dedicated sanitary heated pool, outdoor shower, solarium and pool house equipped with a kitchen.

The 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) are equipped with double beds of 1. 60m, each of its bathroom and its private facilities. Numerous storage.

New furniture, light parquet and white walls. Modern interior kitchen (American fridge integrated ice maker, oven and microwave, Nespresso Milk machine) open to TV lounge. The whole benefiting from openings agalandages generous on the outside.

The 3 rooms of the 1st floor accessible by the internal staircase are also served by a cursive and an external staircase.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Traumhaus. Die architektonisch anspruchsvoll gestaltete Villa liegt etwas oberhalb des Orts, was einen wunderschönen und einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer ermöglicht. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr stilvoll gehalten, die Zimmer sind wunderbar. Sie verfügen über eigene Bäder, große Schränke und Zugang zum Garten. Generell ist diese Villa hervorragend ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über eine super moderne Küche im Haus, eine Küche im Außenbereich sowie einen hochwertigen Grill. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderbar gestaltet, gleiches gilt für den Pool und den Loungebereich. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super, die Übergabe vor Ort lief problemlos. Kurzum, diese Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können das Objekt wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!
