The living area features large windows to let the sun rays in and comfortable sofas strategically placed in front of the flatscreen TV and near the wood-burning fireplace. There are brand new renovations throughout the entire home, which give this house a sleek touch. Your large, private, back deck features a comfortable outdoor dining area plus a few wooden beach chairs, perfect for afternoon naps. Take advantage of the gas grill and treat your group to a tasty cookout! There is also a sunroom equipped with a sofa, which makes it the perfect place to cozy up in after lunch.

What’s nearby:
You’ll be just a stone’s throw from Trout Pond for scenic hiking trails and terrific fishing in Noyac Bay! Wölffer Estate Vineyard and Channing Daughters Winery are seven and four miles away, respectively. If you truly enjoy the outdoors, the Elizabeth Morton National Wildlife Refuge is under a mile away and offers additional hiking trails and remote beaches! If you don't feel like cooking, there are a few restaurants nearby. And Bridgehampton is under six miles south and features charming shops and grocery stores.

Things to know:

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are two active exterior Ring security cameras at this home: one aimed at the walkway to the front door and one facing the driveway.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
