Simple and Peaceful Retreat - One week available 7/18/26-7/25/26

This newly remodeled and updated cottage provides the perfect retreat for families and friends. Enjoy the unique character of Thousand Island Park while sitting on the porch and watching the river.

Centrally located within this Historically Preserved Victorian Village. You can see the playground from the front porch. Large screened in back porch is perfect for reading, coffee, board games or an afternoon nap.

This is a seasonal rental property with availability only starting the latter part of June through the middle of August each year.

Just a short walk to the ice cream shop or the main dock to enjoy the Olde World charm this community offers. Walking distance to fine dining and English-style pub. Nearby grocery store, church services and out door movie theater. Library offers a daily story hour for little ones. Park the car and forget about it while you're here, everything you could need is just minutes and a few steps away.

All bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath. Bedroom 1 has 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 king size bed. Bedroom 3 has 1 full size bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 full size and 1 twin bed. Two full bathrooms. Bed/kitchen linens, bath towels included. Must bring own pillows and beach towels

Quaint cottage at TI Park

We had a terrific time visiting with lots of old friends and making new ones. Enjoyed several boat tours, the castles, wine tasting, Abay, Clayton, the Pub for trivia and the antique boat show. It was fun being tourist even though my family used to own cottages on Island Ave. It's my most favorite place in the US and I'm so glad we were able to rent this cottage.

Charming cottage in TIP

I've spent many summer vacations in the Thousand Islands either camping or staying in hotels. This time we decided to rent a cottage and are so glad we did! This charming cottage is walking distance to the water and to everything you could want in TIP. The house was immaculate - there was nothing we needed that they didn't have for us. The kithen was well-stocked with utensils and cooking tools and perfect for making family meals. The bedrooms are all nice sizes. I especially loved the screened in back porch to relax in while the kids were playing in the wonderful yard. The owners were very nice to deal with. We will definitely be going back again!
