160 M2 one-story villa with 2 double bedrooms 140 x 200, 1 double bedroom 160 x 200, 1 dormitory room with 5 beds, 2 toilets, renovated in 2019, enclosed garden of 1000 M2 3 minutes walk from all shops, cycle track at the end of the street and nearby 3Km bikes, beaches, zoo, karting, all shops, market, luna park ect. Ideal location with children. Possibility to rent bed and bath linen. Compulsory cleaning in addition 100 euros to be paid on site (house to be left in good condition).

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE AVEC BEAU TEMPS.

Maison très bien, mais 1 salle d'eau et non 2. quelques petits travaux à revoir dans la salle d'eau. trop de bibelots un peu partout. Belle exposition de la maison.

WE en famille près d'Oléron

Maison correctement équipée et avec assez de place pour 3 couple avec enfants, le jardin clos avec son salon extérieur, son barbecue et sa grande table sont très appréciables.

Des belles fêtes de fin d'année

Bien qu'a distance, accueil très chalereux de Francine. La maison est agréable et nous a permis de passer de bonnes fêtes de fin d'année proche de l'océan en famille (10 personnes dont 4 enfants)

Agréable séjour

Agréable maison bien située et décorée avec goût, spacieuse, nous avons passez un bon séjour en famille avec des enfants. Literie et connexion internet de bonne qualité. jardin entièrement clos. Nous aurions vraiment apprécié de pouvoir disposer de transats ou d'un salon de jardin pour profiter du jardin. Une cafetière pour du café filtre et un étendoir à linge pour quand il pleut agrémenteraient la maison. Par rapport à la description sur le site et à la capacité de la maison, il convient néanmoins de préciser qu'il n'y a qu'une salle de douche.

Très bon séjour

Maison agréable pour une semaine en famille. les coins séjour et salon sont parfaits pour un grand nombre. 1 seule salle de bain est un peu juste tout de même mais on s'adapte ! Il manque quelques prises supplémentaires dans les chambres et une cafetière dans la cuisine mais à part ça, rien à dire ! Notre séjour était super !

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, leider nicht so gut gepflegt

Das von der Gastgeberin mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet Haus haben wir leider ziemlich schmutzig vorgefunden. Es machte den Eindruck als habe die Putzfrau nur durchgesaugt und die Waschbecken geputzt. Dies habe ich gleich am ersten Ankunftstag kund getan und auch mein Bedauern darüber zum Ausdruck gebracht, dass wir die Musik vom 2 km entfernten Luna-Park (wie auch an den folgenden Abenden), genießen dürfen (dies ging für mich aus der Hausbeschreibung so nicht hervor). Gleich nebenan war auch noch eine Baustelle, von der auch nicht gerade Urlaubsstimmung zu erwarten war. Wir hatten sogar überlegt abzureisen, aber das Meer, der Strand und das zu erwartende Wetter mit 30°C haben uns zum Bleiben bewogen, also haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht und waren fast nur zum Schlafen im Haus. Trotz dieser Gesamtgemengelage wurde unser Wunsch die Putzfrau nochmal vorbei zu schicken brüsk abgelehnt. Die Gastgeberin hat Ihr Haus nach unserer Abreise selbst in Augenschein genommen und mir recht gegeben. Ihr Haus ist in einem bedauernswerten Zustand und leider fällt das nun auf uns zurück. Wir waren jedoch kaum im Haus anwesend. Wir finden die Beschreibung des Hauses teilweise irreführend (siehe Lärmbelästigung durch Luna-Park). Die erwarteten Loungemöbel für den Garten standen nicht zur Verfügung, der obere Duschkopf spritzt in alle Richtungen, der untere Duschkopf lässt sich nicht befestigen, die Heizung muss manuell ein und ausgeschaltet (warmes Wasser), weil wir Nachts nicht schlafen konnten, da sie sehr laut ist und ununterbrochen läuft, inklusive einiger Heizkörper, die sich nicht zudrehen ließen, besonders die Küche war leider sehr schmutzig, sodass man sie nicht benutzen mochte. In den beiden Toilettenräumen gibt es kein Waschbecken, man muss zum anschließenden Händewaschen in die Küche oder ins Bad. Wir mieten seit 13 Jahren 1 - 4 Objekte pro Jahr, noch nie gab es Probleme. Im Gegenteil, wir wurden immer als sehr respektvolle und pfleglich mit den Sachen umgehende Gäste bewertet und dass es eine Freude sei und als Gäste zu haben. Schade, dass wir mit der Gastgeberin keine Lösung finden konnten.
