About this property

In a typical mountain village is situated "Il Rifugio di Alice", a small house completely independent in the green of the Belluno Dolomites. Despite the small size of the kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and breakfast nook opens to dine comfortably in 2 people, LED TV, washing machine, WIFI internet available on request, bathroom with shower and bedroom, all rustic. The price does not include the kit sheets/towels (on demand: 20€). Is available a washing machine. In the cold period (October to May), "The Refuge of Alice" will be provided with heating (pellet stove) and will therefore have to bring the host once a day in the house the owner (in ways to be agreed on site) to load the stove and carry out any maintenance. In the adjacent terrace with gazebo you can eat outside or relax on the chairs provided.
