In the quiet outskirts of Morciano di Leuca, a few kilometers from the sandy beaches of the coasts of southern Salento, this well-finished three-room apartment is part of a newly built complex perfect for those who dream comfortable vacations, far from the chaotic towns.
This holiday house has independent access from the balcony, which is furnished with table and chairs for your relaxing moments, lunches or dinners under the shadow of a large umbrella. You immediately enter the large and bright living room with barrel vault, divided into sitting room with king-size sofa bed, armchair and flat screen television and habitable kitchen, which is well-equipped and includes an electric oven. In the living room, there is the staircase that leads you to the first floor. This is a two-bedroom house: one on the ground floor with king size bed and a twin bedroom on the first floor, both with large closets.
There is a bathroom on every floor, for a total of two bathrooms and two separate rooms for the showers. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room.

- Small size pets are admitted.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 44 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
