- large through garage where you will find washing machine, dryer, drying rack, sink, table and iron, racket games ...

We can offer you a baby cot, changing table, potty, bathtub, high chair on request.

We welcome you on your arrival for the delivery of the keys, the visit of the house and the inventory.
We are easily reachable and quickly on site if necessary.

The price includes:
- accommodation
- the use of the materials, accessories and utensils provided
- water and electricity and heating

The price does not include:
- bed linen and towels services (but if you wish we can provide them for € 10 per bed and € 5 per person)
If you want the "cleaning" service, you will be charged € 60.

Rental period: weekly
- arrival time between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday (contact us for delay)
- departure time at 10am on Saturday, we will be there a little before for the inventory
if you wish to leave earlier, inform us 24 hours before.

- possibility of long or short term rental (2 nights minimum) outside July, August: contact us

In accordance with the law, the tenant will have to pay the tourist tax via the site

A security deposit of 300 € will be requested and will be returned to you after deduction:
- the cost of damaged or lost equipment
- a € 60 cleaning fee if the house is not made clean and in good condition
In the event of a night departure without an inventory, the deposit will be returned to you later subject to possible deductions, for which, in this case, the decision cannot be challenged.
