“La Casa Cinco de Gandía” is a townhouse with 125 m2 of living rooms + 60 m2 of garage + 90 m2 of terrace. It is located slightly back in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from Prado, Paséo, downtown Gandía, and its Palace of Borgia. In its street (El Carrer San Enrique) you will find a tapas bar (Casa Isabeleta) and a restaurant (El Brasero).
Light price in 2019 before installing air conditioning, painting the living rooms, and creating a second bathroom and WC. Rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals on Saturday from 4 p.m. and departures on Saturday at 11 a.m. Cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the rental price. For an additional concomitant week, 50 € discount. For two additional weeks, 120 € discount.
Gandía, the capital of the La Safór region, is 30 minutes south of Valencia by car. It has a rich historical heritage. On and around its large Paséo, many shops await you. As well as its restaurants and their excellent value for money well known to tourists.
Gandía, bordered by huge fields of orange trees, is located between kilometers and kilometers of beach on the Costa de Valencia, facing Ibiza, and mountains with varied landscapes.
On one side, 4 km from the house, you will find Daimùs beach. Then Gandía Playa, Ahuir (beach also called Venice), Xeraco, Oliva, Cullera, etc.
On the other, go visit the nearby rugged and wild mountain ranges. Among which are the Montdúver, the Barranc de l'Infern (the Ravine of Hell), the Cirque de la Safór, etc.
