About this property

The villa "La Léinade"
With a capacity of 15 people, this typical family villa on the Isle of Aix was built in 2000 and built on a plot of 1000 m². Ground floor, it offers a living area of 155 m² with a large living room, 5 bedrooms and a large outdoor terrace with garden furniture, awnings and a large garden with swings for children and a large trampoline. The villa is very well appointed and offers modern and quality amenities.
The linen is not provided but possibility to rent it to a third person
End of stay cleaning is not included, it is optional for 120 € payable on arrival.
Finally, very practical, possibility to rent our closed garage located 200 m from the Fouras pier for 10 € / night

Séjour parfait

Un grand merci au propriétaire et à ses partenaires locaux pour leur professionnalisme !! De la réservation jusqu’à la restitution des clés à la fin de notre séjour tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est idéalement situé et très spacieuse, le jardin est parfait pour passer de très bons moments (barbecue, balançoire, trampoline, grande table extérieur). Partie de rigolade assurée avec les vélos laissés dans le garage à la disposition des hôtes.

Séjour merveilleux

La maison est excessivement bien équipée et tout en bon état. Autant dans la cuisine, la literie, les loisirs... Merci de nous faire partager grâce à cette location un séjour amical, familial absolument dépaysant et revigorant.
