So much fun!!!

Such a cute house, very clean and the home has modern updates. The pool was so much fun for my 2 young daughters while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub every night after they went to bed. Beds are amazingly comfortable, and just an overall amazing stay!

Quaint home with a GREAT outdoor space

First, we'd rent this place again. The house is small, but you don't go to AZ in the spring to stay inside. I was happy with the cleanliness of the home and the check-in process was easy and we were accommodated to an early check-in (about 2 hours) and we were allowed to have a small gathering for my son's college teammates and parents (low key cookout). Beds = very comfortable Living room = very comfortable Bathrooms = good water pressure and no issues The back yard is great, with a pool and hot tub. Both very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of outdoor sitting space. The view of the mountains to the north was outstanding. The fire pit was used and we left some cords of wood behind. My only quasi-negative is that it was not advertised that there is an extra fee for the pool heat. Not a little fee, but a big one. This was disclosed after I booked the place and we were able to negotiate a fair price that was significantly lower than the first quoted price. Again, I'd do it again in a heart beat

We were very happy with this house. It’s well arranged for a rental, well stocked, comfortable, and the owner immediately responded to the few questions we sent. And kudos to the cleaning crew, it was spotless. An all-around great rental!

Beautiful property!

Very clean, nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen with a beautiful view of mountains. Close to many good restaurants and hiking areas. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and plentiful towels available !

My fiance and I love to be outdoors. We love all nature, especially hiking, biking and SUN.
I own and manage several rental properties in WI and decided to buy a property in Tucson so we could enjoy some of Arizona's sun while making an investment in a new home for our future. We completely remodeled the inside of the home in a clean light grey/beige. The kitchen & living room is very open concept. The bedrooms are split level with the primary bedroom ensuite on one side of the house and the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side. We upgraded and replaced many things inside and out. Tucson is a well kept secret and has such an awesome vibe. We Hope you enjoy the Mountain Retreat as much as we do!
