Furnished apartment of 50m2, located in Ensues la Redonne with a magnificent view of the sea, for weekly rental. It can accommodate 1 to 6 people.
It consists of 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, 1 living rooms, 1 equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a fireplace and an outdoor barbecue.
The villa has 2 terraces facing the sea:
-a sunny 20m2 with table, chairs and parasol,
-and the other of 50m2 with sea view, equipped with a large 8-person wooden table, chairs, pergola and a garden furniture set with a large parasol.
The latter overlooks a small octagonal swimming pool (3.50m in diameter and 1.50m deep).
The espaliers garden (sloping) is 700 m2.
