Located in the heart of St Tropez in a very nice residence with trees and security with pool and caretaker 5 minutes walk from the Place des Lices and the port, our apartment of 65 m2 is air conditioned.
It consists of a separate kitchen and fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, ceramic hob ...), 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom and a toilet. vast stay giving on a closed and shaded garden of 45m2.
At your disposal WIFI, Bluetooth speaker, steamer, hair dryer, TV 140 cm with more than 150 channels.

Tolle Nähe zu Saint Tropez

Sehr günstig gelegen. Saint Tropez Hafen und Zentrum sind fussläufig in ca. 15 min erreichbar. Gastgeber hat einen sehr netten Hausmeister (Patrick) mit Wohnungsübergabe beauftragt. Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt mit kleinem Gartenbereich. Jedoch war die Klimaanlage so laut, dass wir sie nachts ausstellen mussten. Toilette undicht - Toilettenboden drumherum immer feucht und stank stark. Waschbecken falsch angebracht - Wasser lief daran vorbei. Flurschrank war nicht nutzbar, Tür war herausgebrochen und nur angelehnt. Auf dem Betttuch fremde Haare. Küche okay - es gibt alles, was man benötigt. Jedoch Küchenutensilien z.T. schmutzig, Garagenplatz für unseren SUW zu klein - wir mussten außerhalb parken, etc. Insgesamt ist die Wohnanlage sehr gepflegt, schön bepflanzt und es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftspool. Die Wohnung benötigt eine Renovierung und eine ausgiebige Grundreinigung. In diesem Zustand ist der gezahlte Preis überteuert und leider absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

Very nice apt

This property was lovely! The apartment was just as it looked in the photos. The private terrace was larger than expected. A few other bonuses that I wasn’t expecting: Ladies, there is a serious hair dryer! Not one of those little rinky dinky hotel hairdryers, but the real deal! Perfect for getting glamed up for a night out in St Tropez. Also a very fancy coffee machine. Some minor flaws: there’s no shower curtain in the bathroom so the floor often got quite wet after a shower. There’s a nice bath mat though to soak it up. The apt is very well located, just a short walk into the center of town. And security was great too. Overall very good experience, would definitely recommend!

St Tropez, just off the beaten path....

We enjoyed our stay, once we found the location. The manager could not meet us at the property upon our arrival, which made it tricky for us to first get the keys then find the location and the parking spot. Once in, the place is delightful. The owner was very accommodating in helping us with a last minute request for an extra guest. The location is excellent, a short walk from the port and many services. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We had challenges with a pipe blockage in the building which made the kitchen unusable for the last 2 days of our stay. As the manager does not have an extra set of keys, it made her access to the apartment to try to fix the problem more challenging. The guardian, who has extra keys, came in without being able to fix the problem. Of note, of course, this was not the fault of the owner or the manager, but a more rapid call to a plumber from the building, the manager and/or the owner would have made the end of our stay more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this property. The yard is a lovely place you don’t find often, the location is quiet and convenient. Thank you for sharing your little oasis.

Lovely place in central St Tropez - scoot or walk from city center

The apartment was clean, in a decent location, and has a very relaxing garden / patio. The stock was surprisingly low, e.g. 1/2 a roll of TP, one scoop of coffee, no salt+pepper, etc. so be prepared to shop. Access requires a physical key so timing arrival was required (accommodating, and easy, just required actual planning and dealing with traffic). Also the "parking space" is for a very, very, small car. If you have even a mid-size, expect to look for street parking. It would have been nice to have been told that. I would absolutely return as the place is lovely, just noting some things you will want to account for. 5 min to groceries (foot), 5 mins to motorcycle rentals (foot), 10 min to city center waterfront (foot).
