You are renting the Master Bedroom and Bath in a 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, 2 story condo. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 is rented to a tenant, own bath, & the other is for my personal use. Your master bed & connected private master bath, along with your connected balcony are on the 2nd floor, Propane BBq with table and chairs for your use. Downstairs is a tenant that uses, a full downstairs bathroom (again only 1 other tenant will share the common spaces with you). The shared areas/rooms/items are; washer/dryer, full kitchen, living/dining room, and the 1/2 bathroom at the top of the stairs. Cleaning service every other week.

Bicycle and rack available for your use, to ride along the strand at the beach. Your room, king bed, dresser, nightstands, desk, wall mount tv/DVD, silent ceiling fan, DC motor, Air conditioning, blackout curtains, garage parking.

Why they chose this property

Quiet and Peaceful. Other long term tenant has a private bedroom/bath downstairs. Share kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer. Other tenant is quiet and works from home. Looking for quiet tenant who works outside the home and keeps daytime hours with little entertainment and guests staying overnight.
