Here you will find the supervised beach of Cala Blanes which is a very safe beach for children with children's games, there are also bars and beach restaurants.
The biggest will have fun in Cala Brut for memorable diving! It is also a life-size aquarium, you can bring a mask and snorkel to mix with fish!
The neighborhood is very quiet with small shops and restaurants.

The house has been totally renovated by an architect, its decoration is inspired by our travels and its layout of our life as a sailor.

The house is very comfortable for 4 people, with one room on the ground floor (double bed) and another on the mezzanine (double bed).
All spaces are air conditioned.
You will enter through a small courtyard with outdoor shower, handy for beach returns ...
You will find a hallway distributing the 1st bedroom on the ground floor, a separate toilet and the bathroom.
The living space is bright and modern with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and the living room. The large windows overlook the shaded terrace.
On the mezzanine, you will find the 2nd sleeping for 2 people with access to a sea view terrace !!
Enjoy this terrace for your breakfasts and to admire the sunsets that will be magical moments.

Outside, you will find a summer kitchen with plancha, table and chairs of garden.

Parking is easy and free on our street.
We advise you to rent a car to make the most of the island. There are several car rental companies nearby including Europcar, Ownerscars.
Bus trips are quite possible, bus stops are a 10-minute walk from the house.
There is a very nice walk to go to the center of Ciutadella by the coastal path, the famous "Cami de Cavalls".
