1 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the 8th floor faces the pool and also has great views of the gulf, golf course and surrounding resort. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room with flat panel television, pull out sofa and views of the resort. The Master bedroom offers a king sized bed, full bathroom with a tub-shower combo and the condo also offers a stackable sized washer and dryer in the condo. The private balcony is perfect for watching the sunset and sipping coffee each morning.

This unit comes with resort transportation tram passes, fully stocked kitchen and parking garage with both covered and surface lot parking. The lobby area offers a fitness room for you to enjoy while staying at the resort.

Kids spring break

Great vacation, wonderful place to stay with all the accomodations. Signage was a little confusing on the property but once we figured it out all was well!

Great vacation and location

The property was as promised. The room is dated and needs some fresh paint and carpet (stained badly) but the location and amenities were great. Great pool and a very short walk to the ocean. Had it not been for the stained carpet we might have rated cleanliness at a 5 too.

Dated but mostly clean

Room was dated, carpet had multiple stains and needs to be replaced. Only had 1 dish towel. Other than that it was clean and in a great location. Very nice pool.

Great location! Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Unit had everything we needed, but just needs a good deep cleaning (AC vents have blown dusk on walls and ceilings, carpet needs steam cleaned). Thanks for the wonderful time and sending help to fix the ceiling fan, door, kitchen light and bathroom door. You have a great team working for you and were very quick to fix our minor issues, I greatly appreciate this!
