Bon accueil. A première vue l’appartement semblait en bonne état mais il s’est dégradé au file des jours.. En effet, le pommeau de douche est cassé, la plaque de cuisson est fissurée , une odeur nauséabonde se dégageait du couloir, on se pouvait pas tourné le robinet. En revanche, l’appartement reste bien situé et bien placé, les voisins sont très agréables, l’endroit est calme, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Appartement délabré fuite au niveau des toilettes d'eau, cuisine plaque de cuisson fissurée vaisselle délabrée vert fissuré salle de bain pommeau de douche aucune fixation au mur terrasse auvent délabré couchette clic-clac très petit pour deux personnes très bien content ne reviendra jamais

Appartement très bien placé, résidence calme

les seuls bémols: c'est la propreté du studio dommage d'être obligée de faire le ménage dès notre arrivée surtout les sanitaires qui étaient très sales et le matelas du clic clac est vraiment très usé.
