Suite was as advertised and clean
We stayed here for two nights in February, and the place was well appointed and clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress. The bathroom was nice with adjoining doors to the master bedroom and to the main entrance. The kitchen was spacious, and the dishes were all high-quality and well appointed. My only concern that was quite significant was that the couch bed was absolutely not useable. The mattress was old and very springy, and when on the hide a bed, you could feel the steel bars, putting it on the floor wouldn’t have been much better. Thankfully, the place had a blowup mattress so my son was able to sleep on that mattress fairly comfortably, and we did not use the hide a bed.

Go skiing, marginal place
The place was very dark and sterile. I was shocked at this price that there wasn't even a jar of instance coffee. So I fly to Kelowna, get a shuttle to big white, have no easy way to get to the market up slope and there isn't even coffee? I've paid less for a suite at the Pan Pac at Whistler. Pretty stingy. Then inside the unit, the thermostats are unholy bright all night long. I tried to find a way to turn them down, but no luck. The building is kind of sketchy: the door looks like some wild animal tried to get it or maybe out, and it was fixed with straps and screws, which are sharp. There are signs EVERYWHERE warning of video surveillance. What kind of crime goes on in this building that a door was nearly ripped off and there are dozens and dozens of surveillance signs?!?! I was frightened and hid my passport and belongings deep in the unit just in case something happened. Also, it seems "owners" are hostile to "renters" because I overheard several arguments about this in the downstairs and in the common areas. Overall, I'm not impressed for the cost. I have traveled the world and never worried at night I was going to have someone kick in my door and rob me.
