About this property

3 bedrooms flat reformed and furnished recently. Fantastic situation: 10 minutes walking to the city center and 20 minutes to the beach by bus. Well communicated with the rest of the city, you have a bus stop and a taxi stand in front of the flat. It's in a very comfortable area: in the same street you have supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers...
The flat has a double-bed bedroom and two single bedrooms. With possibility for suppletory beds. All bedrooms have cupboards and hangers, and one of the cupboards is a walk-in closet where you also have a safe box for your high-value belongings.
The flat has a full-equipped kitchen with fridge, freeze, washer, hob, oven, toaster. In addition to a fully kitchenware: pots, pans , plates, bowls , cutlery, glasses, cups and other utensils.
It has one bathroom with sink , toilet and bath. In the bathroom you have have towels for all guests and a hair dryer .
The living room has a sofa (not bed sofa), 40" LED TV and a dining table with capacity until 8 diners.
The apartment also has a terrace with chairs and a small table where you can enjoy the summer nights

Second stay at this flat

Our second visit to Jonathan's flat. The space is clean and of good size. It's exactly as shown. Last year, the bus stopped just out front of the flat so it was quite noisy. We were very happy that the route was changed to about three blocks away so much quieter. The space heater was replaced as well and is quiet. We had a great stay even with lockdown. Grocery stores close and convenient. Communication with Jonatan worked best on WhatsApp. We look forward to returning!

Our long term stay

We stayed in the apartment from Jan 12 – Feb. 12, 2020. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, well equipped and in a good location for walking to the center. (We do like to walk.) The price was very reasonable for a month long stay. As others have stated, the apartment is very noisy. Sleeping in the 2 front bedrooms would be difficult. FYI – for a winter stay, there are only 2 small, portable space heaters. Communication was our biggest concern. We rely on wifi and email when we travel. We had to phone him from Canada before we left as he did not respond to our email re: meeting for check in. We set up a time but he did not show up. We then had to borrow a phone from a very nice local woman in order to contact him. To his credit, he did have someone there within 5 minutes. We contacted him by email about a couple of concerns including the battery hanging down from the smoke alarm and the main area windows that did not lock properly. To make a long story short, we gave up on meeting with him and lived with the shortcomings. We would recommend this apartment in Malaga for a short term stay, but only if you have access to a cell phone for communication with Jonatan.
