Indeed, located on the seafront, with no road to cross, you benefit from private access to the beach from your building.
A real quiet rental in an idyllic setting, while being 1300m from shops and 2500m from Bandol town center.

The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access a spacious entrance which opens onto a large living room, made up of a lounge and dining room area. This entire room opens onto the large terrace. The sea view is panoramic from the entrance to the terrace.
To prepare your meals you will benefit from a beautiful renovated independent kitchen, having everything you need (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster). A high table and two stools allow you to have snacks.
For the sleeping area, you will find at the end of the corridor two bedrooms each with storage cupboards.
For the first 2 single beds, for the second a double bed.
The second opens onto the terrace and has a panoramic sea view.
For amenities, you will have a bathroom and a separate toilet.
As for the exteriors, you will have access to a pleasant terrace with table and chairs. Access is from the living room as well as from the master bedroom.

The panoramic sea view is breathtaking, and you will be hypnotized by all the colors of the blue of the Mediterranean.

For parking, you benefit from a private space secured by an electric gate.
From the car park you will arrive at the top of the building, on the 5th floor. You will therefore have 2 floors to go down to get to the apartment.
To go to the beach, you will have to go down 3 floors and you can enjoy private access to the sandy beach under the building.

The rental is ideally located on the beach, with your feet in the water.
On the ground floor of the building you will also find showers and toilets accessible only to tenants and owners, practical to avoid going back into the apartment if necessary.
It is the ideal rental for a family, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays.

We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included and included in the price.
For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra.
Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will be asked for a resort or civil liability insurance certificate.
No rental will be final without these documents.

We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).
The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
