“The LaBrie Family Condo” - best location and hill views on VRBO.

LOCATED ON THE TOP FLOOR (very quiet) of the main building at the base of the slopes, steps to the main quad chair lift, restaurants, pools, hot tubs, coffee shops and equipment rental shops.

Free access to underground parking, WARM SWIMMING POOLS with 2 WATERSLIDES and HOT TUBS. Private Ski Locker, Coin Laundry and indoor bike locker.

2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, family room and a large private balcony. Free Wifi. Cable tv. Board games and kids toys. Free underground parking. Private ski locker and an indoor bike lock up for guest use. Coin laundry.

Master bedroom:
King sized bed looking out to ski hill. Full ensuite bathroom with oversized shower.

Guest Bedroom:
King sized bed with Two side tables with lamps, and full closets for storing suite cases and clothes. Views looking out and up the ski hill. TV mounted on wall with Netflix, and Disney+z

Kitchen and Dining Room. Fully equipped open kitchen includes cookware and dinnerware, dishes, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Dining table with (5) chairs.

Living Room (as pictured) has beautiful views of the ski hill from the comfort of a new comfy sectional sofa. This Sofa has a pullout section to make another optional bed, or an area to read books, watch a movie or get super cozy after a day on the slopes. This faces a rock trimmed gas fire place and opens up to the main balcony. We have left our kids games, board games and cards to enjoy some quality family time instead of getting glued to a screen (but no judgements!).

Balcony:
Double the size of most balconies, this one overlooks the main ski assembly area, main runs and surrounding mountains. Equipped with a full dining table with four chairs, propane BBQ and ambient candles.

Best Location & Wonderful Owners

My wife and I with our three daughters rented this property for a ski trip. The owners are the best I've communicated with of many Vrbo rentals over the years. The condo is right at the main chair with the best view, you'd be hard pressed to find a better location in the village. The unit was beautifully decorated and stocked to allow you cook meals and enjoy the quiet evenings. We will 100% stay here again in the future!

Best on hill experience!

Amazing place! Our family of four, stayed over New Years. Very comfortable and welcoming. Well stocked with everything you need. Justin and Erin were fantastic hosts, included lots of detail and were attentive to any questions we had. Can’t beat the location, will stay again for sure!

Nice family mountain stay

We really enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was clean and well maintained. It felt like we were in our own home. The king beds were very comfortable after a long day of mountain biking and swimming at the pool! The location of the condo is perfect do get to every activity. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals (pots and pans, containers, spices). The condo also had stuff for kids (games, books, sound machine, etc). We left wishing we booked longer and hoping to rebook this condo in the future!

A family of 4 (5 yr old daughter, 1 yr old son) originally from Invermere, but now in Calgary. I grew up skiing at Panorama, and we as a family have loved spending time here year round for the last 5 years. In the summer of 2019 we purchased and renovated / re-furnished our 2 bedroom condo and have fallen in love with the resort all over again.
We are avid skiiers, mountain bikers, hikers, and on many occasions readers of books with a glass of wine by the fire.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for its location - top floor at the centre of the ski hill with unparalleled views. No lugging ski equipment up and down the stairs to another location on the hill, you ski to the bottom, walk in and take the elevator up to your comfy couch to take a load off.

The entire top floor is mostly owned by people who live in their condo or do not rent it out, and is therefore very quiet and peaceful. One of those owners are our parents who live next door.
