Why they chose this property
The Milla de Oro (Golden Mile) area in the El Poblado neighborhood is undoubtedly the best for many reasons. It's close to the best malls in Medellín, the best nightlife areas of Provenza and Manila, very close to the El Poblado metro station, and just steps away from Avenida El Poblado, where the most fun ciclovía (bike path/car-free Sunday street) in South America takes place every Sunday. Furthermore, this neighborhood is surrounded by trees, streams, and abundant wildlife such as birds, squirrels, parrots, and macaws. Everything is within walking distance, eliminating the need for a car, and the best restaurants in Medellín are located in this area. What more could you ask for? Nowadays, this area has the highest property appreciation in Medellín.

We selected our property for its idyllic setting within a sprawling, verdant community, where the peaceful ambiance is punctuated only by the delightful melodies of birdsong. Highlights include a grand master suite featuring a king-size bed and a walk-in closet, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, and a dining area comfortably seating four. Completing this haven is a charming balcony, providing a serene vantage point to appreciate the lush greenery and the vibrant array of birdlife that graces this tranquil neighborhood.
