Saint-François, 2 room apartment of 33 m2 completely renovated, fully equipped and ready to live in, located on the Manganao Hotel Residence, on the beach.
In a bungalow with 4 apartments; the T2 is located on the ground floor. It is classified 3 stars Furnished Tourism.
The fully air-conditioned apartment was renovated, furnished and furnished in 2019, with the utmost care and with quality materials.
Are included in the rental price, a parking space in the secure residence as well as all bedroom, bathroom and table textiles.

The Manganao site is located between the Clear Grapes Beach and the Anse des Rocher site. Between Saint François and Sainte Anne. It is 35 km east of Pointe à Pitre Airport.

L’appartement est bien rénové, propre et tel que décrit dans l’annonce. La location est excellente quoique les ères communes ont besoin d’être rafraichies et rénovées. Patricia notre hôte a été formidable et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons fort apprécié notre séjour. Merci!
