About this property

Detached stone house on a private property 4km from the village of Poullan-sur-Mer and 2km from Douarnenez-Treboul. This charming cottage offers an entrance, parking, and private terrace. Heated pool and Spa on the property.
Only 270m from the coastal path GR34, calm and tranquility await you at the edge of the Bay of Douarnenez.

The configuration of the building requires passage through the twin bedroom to access the master bedroom. This accommodation is perfect for a small family.

The indoor heated swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current swimming device, to avoid lengths for sports purposes! The pool and spa are available from April 15th to October 15th.

You enjoy this whole accommodation and its private terrace and its garden along the entrance dedicated to the cottage. The pool is shared with the owners. The management of access to the spa is done on site.
