Lovely home on Upper Bear Creek Lake in Bear Creek, Alabama. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Two living room areas. Lake front. Fire pit. 4 Bedroom, 3 Full Bathrooms. Stainless appliances. Washer and Dryer. This lake house has so many great features, spacious rooms, great view of the water from the sunroom, lots of built-ins, oak cabinets with granite countertops. Amazing views. Fishing, beach and public boat ramp within a mile of the home.

Great place

My family lives 5 minutes away so having this place available was amazing. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. My boys, 3 and 6 years old, loved the house and loved sharing a room. My husband and I loved the chairs by the window for our morning coffee.

Great view, perfect fire pit evenings and quiet mornings!

Friends weekend with three couples- upstairs is definitely better suited for kids, but all worked out fine! Enjoyed games around the big table, evenings around the fire pit and quiet mornings looking at the water.

Relaxing lakehouse

This house was a nice getaway for a group of friends and our children. The lake view from the living room was stunning! We were all very impressed by the accommodations.

Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood; very quiet. Beautiful view. Perfect for our stay as we had to travel to 3 surrounding towns for work.

Great Getaway

The house was clean and had all the necessity items. The owner responded quickly. They were friendly and so were the neighbors. It was close enough to drive to dismals canyon. The night tours booked up,but we were able to take a walk around the canyons.

Wonderful 2020 getaway

We had a great time seeing all the natural beauty around us - Dismal Canyon, waterfalls, and Natural Bridge. It was wonderful coming home to this comfy home on the lake. Loved the fire pit at night and morning coffee sitting taking in the beauty of the lake. Thanks Steve for all your help - 5 star visit for sure. We want to come back.

Yearly Friends Trip

Our lady group has taken twice yearly getaways for 20+ years . Our beach trip was canceled due to Hurricane Sally so we luckily found this hidden gem only 1 1/2 Hours from where we live. We couldn’t believe the accommodations and the beauty of the scenery. The fire pit was a perfect ending to our days. It was perfect for a fall getaway. I would recommend to anyone wanting to eat, watch movies and catch up with old friends.

Very clean property

We had a great time staying at this lake house. Plenty of room for 8+. Everything was clean and the house has a great layout with a great view of the lake. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Property

Wonderful property that is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located close to Sipsey and made a great home base for our adventure. The view from the living and sitting rooms out over the lake is amazing. We will stay here again on return trips and look forward to sharing with friends and family! Highly recommend!

Amazing View of the Lake

This lake home has everything you need and the huge windows across the back of the home give a panoramic view from the kitchen, living room and the other den. This home is great for entertaining if you need to spread out. I love the nostalgic feel of it all the way through. It’s very well decorated but not too much as you would feel uncomfortable coming in from the lake. It was Perfect! We will definitely be back! Owners are super fast at responding!

Lakefront Beauty

What a beautiful, welcoming home! Bright, modern decor, lots of living space. All you need for a truly enjoyable stay. Our interactions with the owner were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Tons of squirrels to watch and the firepit and seating area by the lake is gorgeous.
