This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home easily accommodates up to 12 people. It’s located in Breckenridge’s quiet Wellington neighborhood, just a short drive to Main Street and the gondola … or, there’s a free bus stop a few blocks from the home. Inside and out, it’s a great choice for your mountain getaway.

The living area is the ideal gathering place for your group to relax and trade stories about the day’s adventures in front of the gas fireplace. There’s also a second living area for catching a movie (or the morning ski report) on the large flat-screen TV. And take a look at the kitchen: Granite tile counters and high-end appliances, including a professional-grade gas range. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast counter.

The outdoor living area is fantastic, too: A large deck with lots of comfy outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. Even better, you’ll find your own private hot tub, and next to it a fire pit . Other amenities you’ll love include your own washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one car in the garage and two more outside. Spring break

Great place for our family to spend spring break! Plenty of room for our entire family with a great kitchen and hot tub right outside the door. We couldn’t have asked for a better house.

Cousin Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was the perfect size for 3 families with children. Nice to have the multiple suites for adults and the bunk room for the kids. Location to the slopes was so EASY!! The home is showing wear and had a few issues and is need of new carpet and updating the living room furniture but overall a nice home that I would stay at again.

Great house!

This house was beautiful and large. Very nice property with even heated storage for ski equipment in the garage. We enjoyed cooking together and using the hot tub. Cleaning kit for the kitchen had some things missing that property management wasn’t able to provide for us but we just picked up from the store. This place has everything you need for a home away from home ready to go.

Great Spot, Nice House, Very Comfortable

It has a detatched garage, which was helpful for one night when it snowed heavily. It also has a nice ski locker in the garage for your gear. Overall it was a great place to stay for a week.
