The housing
Very well equipped, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by a stone staircase. Located in the hyper-centre, in the St Pierre district, you will enjoy all the comforts of home for an unforgettable stay. Its living space offers a panoramic view of the Pont de Pierre and the Garonne: you may have the chance to enjoy a magnificent sunrise over the river! A few steps from all shops and transport, it offers you the following services:
- A beautiful living room with a flat screen TV, storage spaces and a central island serving as a complementary work surface and dining table.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge-freezer, induction hob, multi-function oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils.
- One bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.
For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a dishwasher, an iron and its table.

The hyper-centre of Bordeaux is 2 minutes walk away, as well as the heart of the Saint-Michel district, all the restaurants, cafés, shops, etc. You will also have a breathtaking view of the Garonne and the Pont de Pierre, the oldest bridge in Bordeaux designed 200 years ago by Napoleon I, as well as the Place de la Bourse and its water mirror.
Located in a "protected"; area, the apartment is also close to all the other districts of the historic centre. In these neighbourhoods, history lovers can appreciate the value of the sculpted facades.
