About this property

We are still digging out from the past 2 hurricanes.
Mainly a seawall has to be built before our amenities will be up and running. They are currently closed. We are priced to accomodate.
This is a One bedroom Apartment
overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!

This ocean-view suite features an updated coastal decor with 2 brand new queen size beds and a full kitchen complete with a coffeemaker and plenty of Coffee-cream & sugar-beach things -Cooler-beach towels etc.
From the balcony you’ll have a clear view of the Ocean in the day.
Or watch the sunrise in the mornings.
In the evening you will have a city view.
Not a dark ocean.
Right across the street you’ll find a Pharmacy, Dollar Store, Grocery Store and a variety of other store and restaurants.. The Resort has a gated-covered garage, onsite laundry facilities and a Business Center.
The resort has free Wi-Fi throughout the facility. This unit has beach towels,
Beach chairs & table,binoculars, cooler, Enjoy the salty air and sea breeze from your balcony, where you can savor your morning coffee and watch.
Explore miles of soft golden sand while you luxuriate in the Florida sun. Play the day away in the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean or rent a jet ski and hit the waves for some fast action! Daytona has one of the world's last remaining drive-on beaches so take a ride on the beach and find that perfect spot to park and spend the day. A cooler is provided we on the 7th floor. Close by is the world-famous Daytona International Speedway, a water park, miniature golf, marine center where you can swim with the dolphins, the list of activities is endless! Less than two miles from Daytona’s Famous Boardwalk and Bandshell where live bands play into the night.

No luggage cart in apartment. No wet towels on furniture.( use clothe dryer to hang them out.) NO SAND IN THE APT. Take trash Out & wash used dishes.

CHECK OUT. Place all dirty or used towels in the white or blue laundry baskets leave in bathroom. Lock all doors. Returned amenities key at the Desk

Do Not smoke anything in my apartment or on my balcony or any where in or around the Resort. Resort is a smoke free zone.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo we large and well stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner was very helpful and we appreciate her kindness. We will definitely stay there again.

The property is nice but in te pictures I saw the balcony was I front of the beach and it was not

Over all it was a great place the only thing was that the ocean was not in front of the balcony

Great stay

This was the second straight year I've stayed at this unit and I enjoyed both times. It is comfortable and has everything you could need. The only downside this year was that the resort closed the indoor pools, hot tubs, workout room, sauna and media room because of COVID-19, but we still enjoyed a great stay right on the beach.

Beautiful Apt with Sea View

Property was very clean. Had everything we needed. View was great. Everything about this stay was over the top. Beds were comfy, large bathroom, enough room for our family of 3. Will stay again!
