About this property

Beautiful, recent, atypical modern home with air conditioning and pool. Located 5 km north of Montpellier, our bright and airy home has several half-levels, with 3 bedrooms and a second living room with a queen-size bed and couch. The many large windows and sliding glass doors throughout our home make it bright and sunny. Spacious, with a multitude of levels (5 in all), the home is pleasant and comfortable. Bedding is high-quality, with memory foam mattresses on all beds. The air-conditioning is refreshingly welcome after spending time out in the heat typical of Southern France.

Superbe maison au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est très agréable et la Climatisation dans la maison fort appréciable en été. La maison est idéalement située, proche des toutes commodités, des plages et de la guarrigue pour les ballades. Merci Laodis pour votre disponibilité et gentillesse.
