This place is suitable for Business travelers, Families, Northwestern & Loyola parents will find this Apartment to be their home away from home. There is public transportation walking distance away to the Metra and CTA Red & Purple Line. Newly renovated to condo standard, freshly painted, queen size beds, new linens, fully equipped kitchen, and with-in unit Gym. Nothing in this apartment is second hand. Everything is included to make a visit to Evanston pleasurable and enjoyable. The apartment is a 5-minute drive from Downtown Evanston, a 10-minute drive from Northwestern and a 35-minute drive from Downtown Chicago. Tons of activities to do also at the beach which is walking distance or a short bike ride :) I hope you enjoy this wonderful, specious and unique apartment!

Our quiet neighborhood is a mix of family homes and apartment buildings. Very Safe! We are a few miles from Northwestern University and a couple of blocks from the lake and the train stations (Red Line - Howard and Purple Line- South Blvd)

Street parking is available for your car (First Come First Server) however my recommendation will be to use Ride Sharing (Uber & Lyft) or Public Transportation. For public transportation, we are walking distance to the train stations.

Disgusting

Property was not cleaned , stains on the couch looked to be animal fecies , urin and dog hair. Broken toilet seat. We did not stay in this unit once we got in , we spoke to the host and VRBO. Tried to get our money back. Ended up getting a hotel room for 6 nights, filed a complaint and stopped our credit card payment. Do not stay here, totally false information and advertising.

Awesome Location

Cozy apartment in a quiet yet incredibly accessible and fun location. Perfect for beach, shopping, restaurant and bar outings or just walking through the pretty neighborhoods of Evanston and Rogers Park!!

An Enjoyable Stay

This is a good base from which to access Evanston and north Chicago. Our host was prompt replying to our questions. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Free street parking (daily 6p-6a no parking was not enforced while we were there) 90% of the time we found a spot in front of or very close to the residence. South Blvd L station abut 12 minute walk. We found the back bedroom preferable to the other.
