Stay in this newly renovated St Paul bungalow close to Highland Park, Cretin High School, and The Nook restaurant. Close to historic Grand Ave and Summit Hill and a short Uber ride to downtown St. Paul. Home features a custom kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom and bath located in the basement. The home also features a sunroom, backyard, and 2-car garage. The backyard is fenced in and is close to the airport, downtown St. Paul, and a quick 20 min from Minneapolis. Super great area. You'll fall in love.

Perfect for ladies’ weekend getaway

Myself and four friends stayed for the weekend for a concert and had a great time. Accommodating host, comfy beds, great hang out spaces, very clean and well appointed house. Very helpful neighborhood recommendations in the house info book. Highly recommend.

Great location

We have family that lives in the area so this was a great location for us. The home is quiet and comfortable and close to the airport as well as local shopping and sites. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient Location

Owner was very responsible and quick to address any challenges we had. He communicated with us in a way that was helpful and respectful. The house is beautiful and laid out well for multiple couples to have privacy yet come together for food and fun! HIghly recommend this property.

Highland Park area

This was a great, safe location. I traveled to visit my family in different areas of the twin cities. It was a great place to stay and have visitors. Communication was good, check in easy and an awesome front screened in porch. I would definitely stay there again.

As a real estate professional, I've been buying houses since 1998. I grew up in Minnesota on a small farm north of St. Paul in Scandia, MN. I'm super fun and have an engaging personality. No kids, but have 2 black labs and love to fish and hunt and be outside every second winter or summer. Like to snowboard, kiteboard, motorcycle, cross-country ski, hike, walleye fish and bow hunt for elk. My favorite place to visit is Peru. I'm easy going and flexible. After college I hitchhiked through Europe visiting 12 countries sleeping in peoples houses I’d never met before and learning myself. I spend my winters in Colorado and summers in MN.
