Apart. T2 furnished and very well equipped on the 1st and last floor (no elevator) of a small building of 6 apartments in a holiday residence with trees, with private parking. Very quiet but close to everything: 10 'walk from the beach, the port, the lively and pedestrian center of the resort.
It includes: Hall with cupboard / Shower room with italian shower.Separate WC / bedroom with twin beds and large closet Air-conditioned living room with kitchenette (bar counter, fridge-freezer, induction hob, multi-function microwave oven, washing machine), TV, sofa bed , sofa / Loggia-SàManger very bright and ventilated (sliding French doors) with TV, sunny all morning. Private parking at the foot of the residence.

Trés bel appartement

Très bel appartement au calme. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires avec pleins de petits conseils. Valras est un trés bel endroit à visiter.
