Situated in the exclusive gated Peninsula enclave of WaterSound Beach, a short nature walk on the boardwalk along the lake and thru the dunes to our vast uncrowded beach & pools. Kayak in our Dune Lake or Gulf, and bike along bike paths. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf sunsets from several decks. This home is the perfect luxurious getaway for one or two families. 4 bicycles provided.
We offer two beautiful, well appointed community swimming pools, one with food and beverage.

Wonderful Home in a quiet community

Great home on a convenient lot nestled in the trees. Inside there was so much room to spread out. Loved the outdoor space and the walk to the beach and pool was very enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home.

Beautifully appointed

This house exceeded our expectations. It was so comfortable, light-filled, and well appointed. Lots of space for the five of us to spread out, from the lovely living spaces to each of the many outdoor deck living spaces. The kitchen was everything we needed (we cooked/grilled at the house every single night) with great appliances. The Sonic ice maker was divine. We appreciated that the house did not feel like the typical beach rental, but had some very personal touches. The walk to the beach and pool was easy and so beautiful. There was ample room on the beach - not crowded at all like at Rosemary. The owner was gracious and very communicative - all of questions were answered immediately. We will certainly stay at this property again.

Pretty good

Great check in and communication upon arrival Great kitchen and bedrooms Beautiful location on the beach More attention to cleaner floors and clean kitchen dishes would have been appreciated Bathrooms were great Could not get grill to light unfortunately One other concern was deck had some boards rotting and so we didn’t use the space as much We gave this property 4 stars for its location, beds and kitchen and nice property owner.

Fabulous Start to Summer

Had a great time cooking dinner, playing at the pool and beach and biking bikes. House has great space for all to enjoy and multiple deep outdoor spaces to enjoy. Family thoroughly enjoyed week.

Great property, great location

Pictures do not do this home justice. Loved the kitchen - from Viking appliances to the spacious pantry, kitchen has everything you need and more. Our family loved all of the outdoor seating and porches. Property felt private and quiet. We did a lot of biking and although there were 4 bikes at the house I would recommend bringing your own bikes if you enjoy biking. Same for beach chairs. Walk to the beach was quick and we loved having access to all the pools in Watersound. We got pizza from Bruno’s the day we checked in and also went to dinner at Perfect Pig - both were great. Cooked the rest of time using kitchen and outdoor grill. Shopped at new Publix on 98 which was alot less crowded then Watercolor location. Overall we had a great time and home was beautiful.

There are many reasons we chose to build our vacation home at WaterSound. Aside from the great never crowded beaches, weather, restaurants, and 30A culture, the area we are in is like living in a nature preserve, very peaceful and with lots of open space.

What makes this property unique

Time spent at our house is time enjoying the beauty and comfort of the house itself, great walks in nature, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, great meals cooked at home or in the many local restaurants, and meeting interesting people from all over.
