Luxury Open Concept Forest View - 10 Minutes to Palisades Tahoe & Walk to Town!

Enjoy your stay in this newly remodeled, single level townhome with modern, high-end finishes and extra touches throughout. Relax in the open concept living room in front of the stone (gas) fireplace while sitting on the luxurious leather furnishings and enjoying your favorite shows on the 75” T.V. The kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of PODs as well as a 10-cup coffee maker with ground coffee, a variety of spices, some condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo) and pantry staples (flour, sugar, etc.). The master bedroom features a king bed while the other bedroom has a queen; both rooms have TV’s. The ensuite bathrooms are stocked with liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

Spend time outside on the large paved patio…. BBQ’ing and dining or just lounging on the sectional and chairs while visiting around the fire pit.… or take a short walk to the lakefront pool, beach, pier, tennis and pickleball courts and the bike path. It is just a short stroll through the lake view, forest path to the shops and restaurants in town…. so close and yet far enough away from the summer crowds. This home is also just a short drive to hiking, snowshoeing and incredible skiing/snowboarding. It’s like home away from home!

Weekend Escape

This property was exactly as pictured and perfect for our quick escape to Tahoe. Proximity to Palisades was great, home was well equipped and beds were comfy. The guys wished for a hot tub after skiing (and there’s room outside should the owner decide to add one) but the hot shower sufficed. Parking was right outside the front door and made for easy unloading. We’d look to stay again in the future.

Best Property Ever

This newly remodeled property is amazing! Located close to town and the ski slopes which makes it a very convenient location. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need and want. We were very sad to leave, but will definitely be back again.
