Completely remodeled in 2019, no surface was left untouched! Sea Gull Condominiums unit 208 is a conveniently located 2nd floor beachfront vacation rental located in the heart of Mustang Island with unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to 6 people for that special stay on the Texas coast. The living room has 2 sofas, including a queen size sleeper sofa, and a 55" flat panel television. Wood-look ceramic tile floors throughout, compliment the soft gray walls with crisp white trim. The kitchen is brand new with shaker style cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, 2 dressers, a 55" flat panel television, and an attached private bathroom with glass front walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a twin bed, a large dresser, and a 55" television as well. Light and bright with recessed LED lighting and ceiling fans in every room are sure to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. It was perfect

The place was very nice, clean, and updated throughout. The beach was right outside abd the pool was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and every staff member at this property was super friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

What a perfect place!

We loved everything about it! The room was extremely clean and ever so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with wares but we should have brought things like salt and pepper. Bedrooms well designed and comfortable. View perfect. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong and… well… everything. Absolutely would return!

Perfect Location 4 Vacation

Apt 208 was better than expected. Both the front office staff and amenities at the site were beyond our expectations. Access to the beach was perfect. We will be back.

Awesome rental

208 was a beautiful condo!! We had plenty of room for us and the view was wonderful!! It was so clean and had easy access to the beach, pool, outdoor seating area and we didn’t have to go thru the lobby to get to these places, which was a big plus with COVID!! Thank you for allowing us to rent this condo!! It will def be a place we come back to again!!

Beautiful condo and location.

Condo is beautiful and comfortable. Great location. We travel to Port Aransas frequently but had never stayed at Sea Gull before but definitely would again. We understand that properties are still undergoing renovation since Harvey. However, had we not known that, the property did not email us informing of ongoing construction until 6pm the night before our stay. It didn't affect this trip but we have had similar experiences at other properties (not Port Aransas/Corpus) where we didn't have time to change reservations and it made for a horrible vacation experience. We made our reservation a month in advance and this just suggests income for the property is priority over guest satisfaction/repeat customers.
