Spacious first floor apartment for weekly and monthly rental. Lots of living space with unbelievable views of the beautiful Pasquotank River. Open to working with per diem/housing allowance.
Please note there is no full kitchen; only microwave, fridge, toaster oven, airfryer and coffee pot. Laundry facilities.There is a deli, grocery store, and pizza place nearby.

Perfect spot

This is a perfect stay for a quiet getaway. Not a lot in town but it’s very cute and everything is a short drive from there. Space had everything you could need and thing you didn’t know you would need - like Tylenol! Very clean, and owners are VERY nice!

Perfect Retreat

The apartment was lovely and met all our needs. The setting was beautiful and convenient to hiking and Elizabeth City. We enjoyed the river view from our apartment and even took a very cold plunge. Hosts provided an up to date list of recommendations for food and entertainment which was very useful. Very nice and relaxing get away. Thank you!

Our favorite weekend getaway!!

My partner and I have stayed at Paul+Cathy’s place two times now and we plan to make it a yearly tradition! It is our favorite weekend getaway spot- the location is beautiful, the town is cute, and the property is clean and cozy! We are counting down to visit again!

Wonderful Get-A-Way!

Beautiful home and location. Super clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Felt very welcomed with personalized greeting. Loved the decor. Great waterfront views from sunroom, bedroom, and front porch. All amenities and yummy snacks provided. Enjoyed great seafood at local restaurants.

Great Place

Although the weather was rainy and cool, we had a wonderful stay in the cozy space. The grounds are beautiful and the water view was the best!!! The host/hostess were very accommodating and helpful, friendly and non-intrusive.
