This 580 sq.ft. 2 bedroom, 2 full-bath resort condo has been completely renovated from the ground up to include all new furniture and fixtures. Located on the 7th floor, this beautiful and impeccable unit has an amazing view of Universal’s Volcano Bay from a private balcony and easily accommodates a party of 4. The resort has 2 outdoor pools, 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, weight and game rooms, a shopette, laundry facilities, a bar/lounge and a snack bar. It is in an excellent location in Orlando's entertainment district right off of famous International Drive and very close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions all easily within walking distance. By car it's approximately 4 mins to Universal Studios (also within walking distance), 8 mins to Sea World, 10 mins to the Convention Center, and 15 mins to Disney World all depending on traffic, of course.

Bonjour

La plaque chauffante ne fonctionne pas, manque beaucoup accessoires de cuisine, pas de savon à linge ,lits vraiment inconfortables, manque de linges pour la vaisselles , Il y a un tout petit frigo de chambre d'hôtel pas très pratique pour quartes personnes. Attention le transport sur place pour les parcs coute 18$ par jours. Nous avons fait seulement avec un four micro-onde.

Great place to rest after a long day at the parks

This property was so close to universal. That was great! The pictures and listing represented the unit well, and the detailed directions emailed afterwards helped us figure out how everything worked. This unit is nicer than the building it is in, so don't be worried when walking in. It was so helpful to have a washer and kitchenette! And there are two full bathrooms, which was also really nice for our family of four.

Worked well for what we needed

The room was as advertised. It was clean and it was great having separate bedrooms. I know after reading reviews some folks had issues with the elevator in the building. I’ve definitely been in better elevators, but at the end of the day it kept going up and down. The folks that are the real problem are the ones using the elevator to go up or down one floor. That causes most of the delay. Yes that’s absolutely acceptable for those that need that service. If you are able bodied do everyone a favor and take the single flight of stairs. It would have been great to know that the outdoor pool closes at “dusk”. We are simply used to pools being open into the night which was unfortunate. Might be good info to add to the listing. Overall a great value for the money. What the host can control is the room itself and there are no complaints there.

Great location! Close to Disney and Universal Studios

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. Check in was a breeze. The hosts provided us with all the information we needed.

I also enjoy yoga and going for long walks with Benjamin, my Yorkie. I am a licensed realtor and insurance agent in FL. My husband is a federal government retiree. He enjoys going for rides on his Harley, playing golf, and watching sports on his big-screen TV. Our son enjoys playing basketball, skateboarding, swimming, and playing computer games with his friends. He's also an avid pianist.
